What are your store hours?

Our store is open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. All Sneed’s Cookie locations are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Do you have keto/vegan/gluten-free cookies?

We do not currently have keto, vegan, or gluten-free options available, but are always exploring new flavors.

Can I customize a box for delivery?

At this time, we are only offering cookies by the ½ dozen and full dozen. In the near future, as we continue to expand, we plan to offer delivery boxes that are customized by you.

Can I pre-order cookies for pick-up?

No. Sneed’s Cookie delivers our freshly baked cookies to your doorstep so you don’t have to leave the comforts of your home. Check back later for any changes concerning pick-ups.

Who delivers your local deliveries?

Local Orders are delivered by a Sneed’s Cookie Driver. All of our drivers are Certified Food Handlers recognized by the state of California.

What if I don’t live near a Sneed’s Cookie store? Can I still send orders and receive cookies?

Absolutely! We offer nationwide shipping. We ship cookies nationwide Monday-Thursday.

How can I track my nationwide shipping order?

After placing your order, you should receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received this, please contact us toll free to get your tracking details and the status of your order.

Where are the cookies shipped from for nationwide shipping?

All shipping orders are fulfilled at our shipping office located in Lathrop, California..

How long does nationwide shipping take?

It is important that Sneed’s Cookies arrive to our valued customers as fresh and quickly as possible. This is why we ship next business day via UPS. The cookies are packed fresh in individual sleeves and shipped the same day they are baked to ensure freshness and quality. Sneed’s Cookie only ships nationwide Monday-Thursday. Nationwide orders received Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be freshly baked and shipped the following business day.

Is same day delivery available?

Yes! We are happy to offer same day delivery for most local Bay Area locations. Please note that orders must be received between 12am-9am Monday-Thursday to qualify for same day delivery for most Bay Area locations. All other locations will receive orders next business day.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We do not offer Saturday deliveries nationwide; however, for most local Bay Area locations, Saturday delivery is available.
